Type 2 Diabetes

I got tomorrow morning to a doctor to talk about me having type 2 diabetes. I've been checking my sugar after meals and fasting and they are not good at all. I had gestational diabetes and had to be put on injectable insulin. It was horrible because even with the insulin my body didn't tolerate most foods. Hopefully with some diet modification and exercise I won't have to go back on shots.
